Must have Commercial ACS qualifications CODNC1, CIGA1,CORT1,ICAE1,ICPN1,TPCP1A. Salary is negotiable. Good general skills/knowledge & competencies required. You are required to have an all round technical ability. Plus a working knowledge of a wide variety of Building Services Equipment. You must hold the relevant trade qualifications. Have the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. You must have the ability to build professional working relationships with clients and colleagues. You will be required to multi -task and be methodical. It is essential to have the ability to read, interpret and fully understand specifications and drawings.
Numeracy and literacy skills and the ability to work unsupervised but also to be an active team member is essential. A pro-active approach to problem solving with a good knowledge of all aspects of health and safety within the industry. Plus have the ability to implement control measures at site level.
